While I customize the marketing plan to meet the specific requirements of each seller, the basic steps usually include:

1. Determining the appropriate listing price

Understand your goals and objectives.  What is most important to you- Price? Terms? Timeline?     Prioritizing  these requirements will help us meet your objectives.

Perform a detailed home evaluation.  A comparative market analysis will tell us what your home is worth based on recent sales in your area.  I will also help you identify improvements that can be made that will have a net positive impact on the selling  price.

2.  Design effective marketing materials

3.  Targeted advertising campaign

Newspaper, magazine, internet and email campaign advertising

Proper placement  and positioning on the Realtor's MLS  (Multiple Listing System) and IDX (Internet Data Exchange) systems.

Meeting agents and prospects at your home for showings when appropriate and monitoring feedback
